Album art not updating
All I had to do was select the songs or albums I wanted, using any view I wanted, and then press Tag to work on the tags.
My results have been populating with a URL that links to an image of the artist, but no cover art image URL.
I have the ability to test and log a lot of things, so please guide my testing, and I'll post whatever I find. So Co(IP)..get_current_track_info().get('album_art') return a URL that I can open and get the photo. I found the problem: Album art used to be taken from trackinfo['album_art'] field.
Yes, still seeing white box in HA when sonos shows art running 34.5. In #3997 @bjarniivarsson changed it to fall back to mediainfo['Current URI'] if it was missing by using However "s=1" only works for radio, but not for file content. ) On Nov 1 in #4063 he changes it to use track_info['uri'] with the pattern above for non-radio content. I found the problem: Album art used to be taken from trackinfo['album_art'] field.
In this article, I’ll mention a couple of the things I tried and hopefully one of them will work for you.
I know cover art is available when using the single_best modes but I need the cover art with a search that'll return multiple results. ..in that case, something like Music Brainz Picard is going to be the right approach probably. On the other hand, JRiver can *also* fill in tags from file names, so you can use JRiver for that too if that's part of your tagging needs. When I started with JRiver, tagging seemed like something it didn't do all that well.If you are still having problems and can’t get the artwork to show, post a comment here and we’ll try to help. Make sure you are running the latest version of Home Assistant before reporting an issue. Feature and enhancement requests should go in the Feature Requests section of our community forum: Home Assistant release (): 3.5.2 (on ubuntu) Component/platform: Sonos Description of problem: Sonos album art is not displaying, only seeing a white field, has worked in the past. token=&cache=352ba Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) Other users have reported this issue. Most tracks in Soundcloud will, but I have found at least one that will not. Mostly it seems to occur when playing items from itunes library but have identified tracks from soundcloud that will not display either, tho most art from soundcloud does display. Other users are reporting white box issues in other media sources like Kodi and squeebox, so it seems not exclusive to sonos.
Pretty soon, tagging seemed pretty easy with JRiver. A few weeks or so later, I was thinking about the program I had been using to do tags externally and realized I hadn't used it in weeks, despite having adjusted lots of tags to be correct. From the first try, I really liked JRiver's album art maintenance tools. What I'm saying sort of slowly here is that you probably don't need an external tagging program.
